In the woods

I couldn't wait to use my DIY trees in my photos! So here are some pictures with sylvanian kids playing in the woods! :) Which one is your favourite?

- I will find you!

.. Make a circle, round and round...

-Come on, you can do it!

-I will catch that ball even if you throw it so high, up in the sky!

'Wind, wind, spin my little pinwheel!'

- Look! I made this acorn pendant especially for you!

Thank you all so much!
Bloem, I had the idea with the little windmills for a long time but only now I managed to make some decent ones! I used toothpicks and double sided paper. I like that critters can hold them!

Wow!! Hard to pick a favorite, I love them all. Perhaps the circle of friends and the walking down the hill with the little windmills. They all are so lifelike and real. Thanks for sharing. You trees are perfect!

All the pictures are amazing. :<3: It´s hard to choose just one. The last one with the windmills is adorable.
You are an artist with your camara! It seems your critters are alive . Thank you so much Sylvanako !

These are all gorgeous! I am completely at a loss to chose a favorite - each time I think I've picked one, I look at the next and change my mind.

The Sylvanians are so vibrant and full of life. The landscape is amazingly lush and green. You've really captured the feel of the season in Sylvania! My husband and I are working on packing items to move in a few weeks, but now I want to drop everything to go outside and play. :)

This ground cover looks awesome in the woodland photos and your trees fit these critters just about perfectly. Very, very well done!

Oh these are just beautiful. What a peaceful, shady wood to play in. I'm amazed you could get all those critters in a circle holding hands!! I would have been tearing my hair out with them falling over all the time hahaha.

My favourite is the throwing ball one. It's just so sweet. Thankyou for sharing! :)

  2. Helly, little Ambrose Walnut is adorable!
Cutata, after I made the trees I realized that the foliage was a bit dark so I painted it with acrylics and that was quite a task until I get the right color.

Terra, two weeks ago I went for a family picnic and we had a great time just playing in the woods! Good luck with your moving!

Santie, I really think that the ground I used in the photos did all the job! I accidentally found it in a toy store at Christmas ( it is a sheet with a layer of dried moss that is used for decorations)! I firstly used it in the easter photo and my instant thought was that it would look great in the woodland photos!
Piffle, yes it was a struggle to put all the critters holding hands! I started with a few ones but the circle was small so I added more to make it bigger but they kept falling all the time!

Chill I like how this pic turned out, the log are the ones from the vintage school set but I gave them some root shape with photoshop.
Christina yes,I think that the woodland theme is quite suitable for the little sylvanians!
And Candy I love the first picture too, it was the one to motivate me to make this setup! :)
